Brandi (she/her) is a body liberation activist and strives to dismantle the oppressive and stigmatizing biases that entrench us in harmful and unhelpful medical nutrition practices. She is a registered dietitian, specialist in pediatric nutrition and a certified eating disorder specialist and supervisor. Her work is rooted in trauma informed, neurodivergent aware, gender affirming practices and shaped by the philosophies of the Social Determinants of Health, Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size and Responsive Feeding Therapy. What she values most is being a witness to the incredible work her clients do each and every day…from the parents and their incredible neurodiverse kiddos realizing they no longer dread meal time to adults learning what true nourishment feels like.
